Place Order
Beef and Pork: Go to the “What’s In Season” tab then Beef and Pork to see available cuts. Then list in your order what you would like, being specific when possible. I.e. flavor/type of sausage, requested poundage or amount. Once the order is received we will put it together and email you an invoice that you can use to pay ahead. Once payment is received, your order will be placed in the freezer in our store front. You can pick up at your convenience. Please give us one to two days to both fill your order and place it in the freezer. We only work on orders once per day so typically it will not be filled on the same day your order is placed.
Dates that we will not be answering messages or filling orders: December 20-January 1, January 9-17, January 23-29, April 24-30
