Beef and Pork: Go to the “What’s In Season” tab then Beef and Pork to see available cuts. Then list in your order what you would like, being specific when possible. I.e. flavor/type of sausage, requested poundage or amount. Once the order is received we will put it together and email you an invoice that you can use to pre pay and your order can be picked up any time during business hours.
Wholesale: Please be as specific with your request as possible. What you’re looking for, quantity and when you would need it. We will then reach out to confirm pricing and date of pick up.
